Each Snap-N-Curl curler is hand-crafted by order. Orders are collected and processed once a week (Fridays at 5pm). Orders made after 5pm on Friday will process the following Friday. Orders are mailed out each week on Wednesdays and are normally received in two days.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your curlers arrive damaged in any way please contact us within 7 days of purchase: ilovecurls@snapncurl.com. All curlers are hand-made and tested before mailing to ensure each curler is functioning properly. The customer is responsible for any return shipping fees, and the curlers must be returned in their original condition.
