Each Snap-N-Curl curler is hand-crafted by order. Orders are collected and processed once a week (Fridays at 5pm). Orders made after 5pm on Friday will process the following Friday. Orders are mailed out each week on Wednesdays and are normally received in two days.

snAP-N-CURL POLICY

We are committed to providing a quality, handmade Snap-N-Curl product and ensuring your satisfaction. Please review the policy below to understand your rights and responsibilities as a valued customer.

Product Variations

Snap-N-Curl products are hand-made, and slight variations are normal:

  • Some curlers may have minor bends due to our thorough testing before shipping.

  • Glue marks near the button attachment may also be present as part of the assembly process. These characteristics do not affect the performance or quality of the curlers.

Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with the size or color (they are only available in amber or black) of your curlers, you may request an exchange under the following conditions:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs both ways (back to us and for the new shipment).

  • Exchanges are only available for unused curlers in their original condition.

Shipping Policy

  • Delays or Lost Packages: Snap-N-Curl is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service. If a package is lost, please contact us at ilovecurls@snapncurl.com so we can assist in filing a claim.

  • Customer Responsibility: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged Items

If your curlers arrive damaged due to issues with shipping or packaging, please contact us at ilovecurls@snapncurl.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include photos of the damaged product and packaging to help us resolve the issue promptly.

Processing Time

As each curler is hand-made, orders may take up to 3-5 business days to process before shipping. We appreciate your patience as we create your custom curlers with care and attention to detail.

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled as all curlers are custom-made to order.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

  • The product arrives damaged due to our fault or the fault of the postal service.

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction due to unmet expectations, changes of mind, or delays in processing time.

Returns

  • Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition to qualify for a return.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are ineligible for refund or exchange:

  • Products showing signs of use.

  • Damage caused by improper handling after delivery.

  • Returns or exchange requests initiated after the 7-day window.
